3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Opened vape kits where sealed packaging has been broken

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

If returning items due to a change of mind, they must be:

In original packaging
In resaleable condition

Items must not be handled more than necessary. If they show signs of excessive use, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

7. Faulty Items & Warranty
