The verification process is designed to use the minimum amount of information necessary. In most cases, age verification is completed instantly, allowing your order to be processed and dispatched without delay.

What Information Is Required?

To verify your age, we use the following details:

  • Current residential address
  • Date of birth

The billing address provided during checkout is used as your current home address. It is important that the information on your account is accurate and up to date to ensure successful verification.

What Happens If We Cannot Verify Your Age?
